I'm like you. Built a PT-20 and now am working on an Ultra Sport and a Das Little Stik. I think you could build whatever kit you want short of a super-scale or short kit with no instructions. Great Planes instructions are so good. I do electric conversions to mine, so there is some customization but no hard-core fabricating. Keep an eye out on the forums for kits. You can get some great deals.
