Mine is on 6S electric1700W makes u smile! Sorry, can't help you on the CG setup, but I don't think there would be many tank mounting options other than stock. You might be able to put it in the middle of the wing saddle opening, but would have to make a new mounting setup. Mine weighs 7lb 8oz with a 4000mah 6S, and I don't have to move the battery to extremes on the stock mount to achive CG, so I think if you were careful with mounting your hardware, CG wouldn't be difficult to get correct with little to no added weight. I added no weight for CG purposes.
