honestly i would go with a hyper, handles and jumps WAY better, and it will blast off the line faster than a jato and top out at a good 40-60mph depending on gearing.
the stock jato engine doesnt like to be at WOT for long.
dont get wrapped up in top speed, the buggy is faster than a jato off the line, 1/8 scales really move out and have amazing power.
i have more fun with my 38mph t-maxx than i do with my 80+ mph formula car.
