These are normally just called "extensions" and are available in several lengths. Personally, I do not like to use extensions as each one provides two more points for possible failure and, over time, can build up corrosion or impedance which can degrade performance. If you can solder, just cut the wire in two and solder in the necessary length. Stagger the joints and insulate with some heat shrink material. Results are proper length and less expensive as you do not need to buy more connectors.
