Default RE: Looking for a Dozer to RC ..

This is one i found that may work for what i want.It's a ( Bruder ) and is 18 X 10 X 7 1/4 and sells for around $40.00 dollars.

This is a late style model dozer, and looks to maybe be a canidate fo being RC-d.I think it is sold by Toy's our us and i hope to go find one and get one in my hands to see if it's what i want or if it's just to much of a toy to mess with.

Will add more here bit by bit as this RCU web site keeps acting up and i loose most of what i write.?

A little more detail as to what i have had in mind for a long time.Don't want to jump the gun here as this has been just an idea i have been thinking about for more than a year. But until i find a dozer model that will work for what i want,it is just that...An idea.

The HL motors will work just fine as far as speed and power needed for this lite of a model. The HL boards are cheap and plenty sufficient to handle one of these.I have even figured out how to use the turret rotation motor for raising and lowering the blade. It will most likely only be run as a working model and will not be used to push dirt around.I hope to use tracks and sprockets off one of the HL tank models if it looks like this could be done.Hope to get one of these dozers in my hand and see if they will work.?
