In my old one, I used HiTec 625MG's so look for something around those specifications or better.
I still have mine sitting in my shed. Hasn't been flown for a long while but it was a fun plane to fly (Same engine you are using - the Saito 1.25) By memory, I used 15/6 APC props on mine.

Make sure you iron the covering down well.
