I'm with mtk. I wont be happy unless its rehinged. Currently I have no flightworthy planes and the season is approaching, so I sealed the gap with Ultracote. I got in this thread because I didn't know how well covering would work on robart hinges, but it seems to work just fine. I am just disappointed in myself for taking risks with this plane, resulting in non-precision assembly. I have yet to fly a precise, properly trimmed airplane.
