Isn't possible to start the sequence only with the Maestro board using the TTL serial input (RX pin)?

Is there any other way? What about a switch? I really don´t want to order another board. I have to order from abroad and it will take a long time[]

it should be able to just run on power on ... you could use a mini relay operated by the Rx to trip a relay ...
