Default RE: 1/6 scale Sopwith Triplane kit...do they exist??

Not sure if anyone else looks at this thread anymore, but I found it while also looking for a decent Tripe kit to build. I have a little Saito .30 NIB that I would love to put in a bird a little bigger/heavier than the Dare tripe. I already regularly fly the old Kavan foamie Tripe on 3 channels. Something in the 40-45" span would do it.

By the way, "Dave in Detroit", Fly Boy Models, as you discovered, disapeared a few years ago. They were a one man importer in LA who hooked up with some chinese company to manufacture. However, the same chinese factory is distributing now through a place in Texas called "Texas RC Planes".

I just looked at the plans from Tim Royale plans, think I'm gonna have to get a new Saito .65 now! Is this available as a short kit with cowl?
