Hobbsy just had shoulder surgery so I'll pass on how he explains tuning Saitos. Peak the high speed. Don't lean it back, leave it at peak rpms. The low speed adjustment is a process of leaning the low speed, and then checking by slowly advancing the throttle to check for a smooth transition. If it is smooth without wheezing, try advancing it faster. It is a good idea to turn and check in 1/8" increments. Also, it is good to go back and peak the hs needle periodically. You should be looking for the ls needle to be set around 1/16" to 1/8" rich from the point where it begins to not transition smoothly. Then, set your hs about 300 rpm rich. Test fly the engine around the field a couple of times and really listen to the engine.
