well here it goes...got my tank the other day..hmm. I'll try to keep it short and sweet:

pros: 1.) excellent body kit(fitstogethervery clean)
2.)based on aJagdpanther chassis
3.) good packing
4.)metal tracks and other accessories(tools,boxes,barrel,etc.)
5.) led/metal machine gun and barrel flash unit

cons:1.) EVERYTHING glued together with some kind of "composite glue' that looks and feels like a glue-gun in consistency..... which didn't hold and caused everything to fall apart in shipping
2.) metal sprockets are incorrectones as they are for a Pantiger and don't quite fit the Jagdpanther metal tracks(Teeth are too far apart)....you can see where he filed down about half the teeth to make it kind of fit unless you turn the sprocket, then it just jumps the tracks.
3.) plastic idlers(I was told they were metal)
4.) suspension springs completely dead and won't come back up(not sure if this is common with Jag's)
5.) wire soldering was very bad as he melted off a couple of copper solder pads from the boards due to overheating and a couple were broken off in shipping due to tension.
6.) every nut and screw was loose(not a big deal)...also a few missing screws here and there
7.) paint was suppose to be a german style gray, but is actually almost black in color and has a ton of dust and other crud in it.
8.) he melted the mantlet to fit the hull(clever idea,and did ok job), but still needs a little heatgunwork and some sanding to get it looking better(never sanded and just left the bubbles in it)


conclusion: It's not very good...Warwick is a very nice guy and even with some serious health problems going on he emailed me back and offered a 2/3 refund..which I think is very fair as I will have to spend some money and time to rebuild it(get ready Phil lol). I do think the body kit is extremely nice and would have no problem ordering parts from him in the future(the onesI can't get anywhere else), but based on this example I don't think I would purchase another built tank. Had I known I just would have had him putall the parts in a box soI could do a clean build...but it is what it is andI had to have this tank and I got it so in the end I'm not really bummed...Seems surprising as he has some really nice builds he's selling on his website that I would be proud to owne..maybe it's just this body kit he has problems with..who knows..
