thats a "clamp mount" with the clamps missing. itr has 2 bars that go over the engine's beam and when u tighten it it clamps the motor in place

you can make the pieces you need just make them from steel or aluminum and drill the holes to match tghe ones on the plane
make sure the engine is clamped real tight when u r done!

should work fine
