Bry...I found out this is an Amsterdam tug. Lots of plan sets out there and Robbe made a kit for it a while back using a plastic hull and wood superstructure. Just google up Amsterdam tug for more info. Mine happens to be a plans built wood one and is quite top heavy, 1/4 inch thick hull but maybe salvageable due to high displacement.
