Hi Dave
Do you have any pictures i can see how the superstructure looks.
Because i have no clue what it is, i might do something similar to the Wijsmuller Amsterdam.

My version is actually 41 inches long and 9" beam. The superstructure is 6 3/4" high to the pilot house roof above the fore deck...deck house is 2 3/4 high, upper deck house is 2 1/4 high, and top pilot house is 2 inches high to top of roof. It had lots of railing, bow bulwark destroyed in shipping it to me, and it never had the stuffing tube installed. All easy to rebuild and put rc into. Send me your regular email address and I will send the pixs there. Guess I dont know how to post pixs to this email...dave

Bry...I found out this is an Amsterdam tug. Lots of plan sets out there and Robbe made a kit for it a while back using a plastic hull and wood superstructure. Just google up Amsterdam tug for more info. Mine happens to be a plans built wood one and is quite top heavy, 1/4 inch thick hull but maybe salvageable due to high displacement.
