UPDATE!!!!!!!,

Eric you sir are genius for not overlooking the obvious problem in this case ME.... LOL.  I had plugged in the servos upside down and they were not registering properly.  DUH. Apparently the Tiger is bullet proof with the way it is designed as they only go in one way.  The Leo can go in eaither way.  Anyway I changed them all and reset up the DMD and the Leopard works as one would expect.  BTW the AR6100 and Eflite do not work correctly with the Leo but work fine on my Tiger.  Go figure.  Thanks all for your help Signing off to whip the kids butts at tank warfare with the Leo.
