Manually is the only way. You just start out at the basics...endpoints, subtrims, then go on to the expo and rates, and finally the mixes. Just carefully go through the different functions you've set and key them in. The basic percentages should be close, but please realize that they won't be exactly the same from transmitter to transmitter.
