Default RE: E-flite retract water proofing

You're welcome! Good luck with the Eflite retracts, I'm just about done using them as I've had nothing but trouble with them. On my last outing, the nose gear broke in the trunnion during flight, of course I found out about it when I went to lower the gear for landing and saw the gear just hanging by the steering cables. Fortunately no damage during the belly landing. There obviously is some vibration causing the issues. I'm going to re-balance the prop and spinner and see if I can find some rubber to install between the unit and the bearers. Hope that'll help isolate some of the vibs. But really I'm waiting for the Robart gear to be released, or maybe when available, the electic gear that Schulman will be offering.
