There's a thread and plans available in the classic pattern forum for the Bridi Tweedy Bird for which the LA .40 would be perfect.

RCM has plans for the RCM/Bridi Trainer 40 which was designed around engines like this.

In the other forum (RCG), in the oldtimer section, there's a thread going with lots (hundreds of them!) of older plans posted. Many of these will be great for the LA .40.
