Mine had a very well used OS .60 or .61 and it would do a loop and roll. Had to dive to loop and the roll was pretty ugly but it would do it. A .91 four stroke would fly it great. As for floats?? I have never flown from water yet so?? I know on land a stout set of rubber bands could lift that plane off the ground.
