.91 4-stroke in a Senior Telemaster?

I can't comment on the floats but I fly one that is powered by a Saito .82 and I generally float around at about 1/4 throttle. It is amazing how little power is required to fly the airplane. I think your .91 would be MORE than ample, even with floats.

Mine had a very well used OS .60 or .61 and it would do a loop and roll. Had to dive to loop and the roll was pretty ugly but it would do it. A .91 four stroke would fly it great. As for floats?? I have never flown from water yet so?? I know on land a stout set of rubber bands could lift that plane off the ground.

Four Stroke .91 works GREAT! I fly mine with an OS .91 Surpass and it is so well behaved. 1/2 or less throttle for cruising speed. There is plenty of power for getting out of trouble.
I haven't used floats, but in the winter on skiis it is fine.
My latest build is a highly modified Senior Telemaster with Magnum 1.20 4-stroke. Bomb bay is the entire center section - I moved the radio components to give me an empty box. It holds 80 ping-pong balls! (Or about 5 lbs of tootsi rolls)
Back to your Question - YES go withthe .91 !!!
