RE: Help me identify a plane I inherited in 1997
Here are some Hartman Zeus pictures. The three fuselages in the first photo are the Zeus Mk. IV which was designed to use the Quik Fli II wing. The center fuselage is a Zeus Taurus which features raised engine mounts for an inverted installation. This one was designed for the Sweeper which was published in MAN. The top fuselage is the Mk. III which somewhat resembles the King Altair. The Zeus Interceptor was designed for the deBolt design. Each fuselage has a label with the date of manufacture. As you can see, Dwight installed some support structure, engine mounts and a firewall while there is nothing in the mystery fuselage.
