Sorry Dan, it's not a Viper. The Viper was produced by Glaskraft, the designer was Mack Beauchamp around 1964, much earlier than this fuselage. The Viper featured a stabilator. The mystery fuselage has a conventional stabilizer that is mounted higher than the Viper.
