RE: how long can you leave fully charged lipos?
You can leave them as long as you want, the damage is cumulative as time goes by. If I knew for a fact I wouldn't use for 3 weeks I would surely discharge them to around 3.8 per cell (and I rarely discharge)
The best is to charge and immediately run them of course, not allowing them to spend a lot of time at full charge.
