I believe that it is an SL-1. I have attached a few photos of the one I built about 6 years ago. You need to build it. I had a YS 120 in it and it was (still feel that it is) the best flying pattern plane I ever had. If you look at the photos of mine you can just make out the fillets for the stab (like your fuse) and if you check the chin cowl they look very much the same. Incidentally, I installed incidence adjusters in both the wing and stab.

Wonderful plane. I wish someone was offering them as I would build another in a heartbeat.
