Would love to know what this is. Anyone?
Kind of sad that a thread about a fantatstic place that we all should strive to visit was hijacked. You couldn't start your own thread?

I agree to this statement to a certain extent but the title does say "Pattern Planes in Mothballs". I didn't see any "Pattern Planes" in those pictures. The title is a bit missleading.

I apologize to Crankpin for "hi-jacking" his thread.
Ed, thanks very much.

kRUZER:

I cried for weeks when my SL-1 went in. (bad battery cell) It is the best pattern plane design I have ever flown. I also wish some one would get the plugs out and start them back up. It would be perfect for CPA....

Enjoy:

Kevin you have me cracking up picturing a grown man crying over a lost RC airplane... and I know exactly how that feels. LOL
I don't know who has the mould but I hope they read here. Maybe Geoff might want to do a SL-1ac? Yes?

Does anyone else have pics? Let's get them out of the mothballs.
Crankpin - love the pool pics, they're outstanding!
