Really looks like a nice piece of 1/4" aluminum flat stock and a few bolts and a tap set would do the trick. Oh yeah...a nice mounted vise to do the bending.

Really... Id say less than 5 bucks to make.

I know this piece of flat bar is more than 12 dollars. But that would make half a dozen of these things! Lowes does sell it in shorter, cheaper lengths.
