Well, I had trouble getting my Rhino started a couple weeks ago. I emailed Eric on a Sunday not expecting any reply until later in the week. Within 20 minutes after sending the email, I got a reply from Eric requesting my phone number. 10 minutes later after emailing my phone number, Eric called and spent nearly 30 minutes helping me with the problem. Over the years, I have owned three different brands of turbines, but I must say that the level of customer service provided by Eric Clapp and the Jet Central Team is exceptional in every way,IMO.
