I do not often comment service of manufacturer, but on friday , my Cheetah starter burned at the field without any reasons...I send a text message to Eric, within an hour, he reply to me that not only a starter was send out from mexico, but two to have one spare with me!!!
I got the 2 starters this morning, no charge, even if i'm located in Canada!!
That's what i call customer service !!

Couldn't agree more. A few weeks ago I needed a new ecu with the latest firmware for my rabbit as Eric determined on the phone with me. That was on a Thursday morning. He calls me back Thursday afternoon saying it will be sent from Mexico and Monday morning it's at my door. Not many companies send replacement parts the same day you order them let alone two day ups and no charge.

I just used the US service center and it was perfect! got a call last night my engine was being sent back after service and now I am ready to burn lots of jetA at Kentucky jets. I hope to burn so much fuel it kills a few polar bears due to global warming......

Yup, I also got a call from Kerry last night, the used broken Super Eagle that I bought here on RCU is all back to ship shape in less than a weeks time
Also Eric and Juan deserve a HUGE thank you!
I wrote an e-mail to Eric on a Friday explaining I was missing some key components (from the used and broken Super Eagle) and I had a package from Mexico on my door step on Monday!
I don't even have words to explain that kind of service! Simply outstanding!!!!

Well, I had trouble getting my Rhino started a couple weeks ago. I emailed Eric on a Sunday not expecting any reply until later in the week. Within 20 minutes after sending the email, I got a reply from Eric requesting my phone number. 10 minutes later after emailing my phone number, Eric called and spent nearly 30 minutes helping me with the problem. Over the years, I have owned three different brands of turbines, but I must say that the level of customer service provided by Eric Clapp and the Jet Central Team is exceptional in every way,IMO.

eric has mastered in my eyes this concept
i have had from rabbit to cheetah to rhino and soon a mammoth
every turbine can have issues and all manufactureres as well
but it is the assessment and quick response from a knowledgeble individual
like eric that keeps me praising j central
as a local spokesperson for j central at my field i have turned my friends to the brand and
they cant be more than happier
+1 to a good friend of mine eric c

I have had many Jet cat turbines. p-70, p-120. p-160, and even yes, the p-200...
Once I found out about Jet Central, It was not long until I was intrigued.
The local rep at my field, Gabriel Toro was the first to introduce me to Mr. Eric Clap.
We got along right away. Not long after I purchased my first Mammoth. I can honestly say that it out performed my P-200. I have this turbine now in my Fei Bao F-15 from Global Jet Club.
I am so pleased with this turbine, that I replaced my other Jet cat with a 2nd Mammoth. Service is 1st class and returned in a timely manner, with care and special quality taken. I could not be happier..

Rich hit it right on the nose.
I bought a used Falcon that was supposed to be "Bench run only". Well, when I got it in my hands, and the SN was given to Eric... the story was a lot different.
Anyway... Eric worked with me, and he got me taken care of quickly. There were some minimal fees... but the engine went down to Mexico, and it was fixed, and test ran... AND, they did all the necessary upgrades.
I can't say enough good things about Eric, and Jet Central.

We really would like to have a rep like him closer to us...
But he would be at the other end of the world, I would still call him, he and Jet Central are just incredible.
