I think the length of the std gear might be an issue for electric and they are super stiff as well, transfer lots of load back into the fuse which doesn't have a lot of reserve strength in the gear area. I got a Graphtech for mine which I think is about an inch longer and much more flexible, I used one on a previous model and it was great.
