Just starting into gassers......have a new Zenoha 20 cc. noticed the instructions state to use a 4.8 ni-cad battery for the ignition system

Would it be possible to use a 2 cell lipo battery with a voltage regulator down to 5 volts to operate the system...

My thinking is a full charged 4.8 is over 5 volts
