My current setup uses two of the stick switches combined with a third switch. When the switch is ''active'' AND my sticks exceed 90% of aileron in either direction, my snap rates (for all channels) are engaged. This allows me to fly normally with normal throws, but still have a very aggressive snap setting.
Sorry to hijack the thread but I tried this for a while, but as my elevator is fairly soft I was being hammered by the judges for not have a clear break before the autorotation.
As my shedule only has one snaproll in it, I've gone back to having the snap condition on a single switch, with the first 3/4 of stick (elevator, aileron and rudder) travel identical to my normal condition so I can change conditions (even while pulling radi) and it doesn't twitch, but the last 1/4 of stick travels gives me the throws I need for a clean break and autorotation.
