How do you know its boiling? From a cold start, its boiling after just a few moments? Doesnt sound right to me..

Is it shutting off? Check your temp. shouldn't be more than 220 degrees. I keep mine a little richer at 200 Degrees too prolong engine life. If it don't stall or flame out, don't worry about it.
If you're tuning your engine to run at that temp, you're wasting fuel and not getting peak power from the engine. 200°F is the minimum temp an ABC engine should be run at, and at that temp its probably only making 70% of its available power. Waste of fuel, and waste of power. You're not doing the engine any favors by running it that cold. If you want to prolong your engine's life, use good fuel. 10-12% oil content, of which 30% of that should be castor. More castor the better.
