So all you are figuring is 20% of what the pack is supposed to be based on it's Voltage,, you still have no way of knowing what the packs true capacity is. That X% it's showing is only based on a formula of the range of voltage for said pack. That's why the percentage will change when you switch chemistry settings. At best it's a guesstimation, both my chargers have a similar feature and they are never display the same %.

You will only know the true capacity if you cycle the pack.
