As you'll notice in my pics, I mounted the 3000mah batt butted close to the firewall. I made the batt cradle on the bench using plywood and craft sticks for bracing. I added triangle stock to the first and second bulkheads as additional surfaces for bonding the cradle in place. I still had to add a strip of weight inside the cowl. I guess the E motor is lighter than glow engines. Go back a page to see the pics.
