bisson muffler on gms 76
So far I've done two with 120 four-strokes and one with a 120 GMS 2-stroke. The 4-stroke engine models had the engine inverted and the 2-stroke model is mounted diagonally as show in the directions. The mufflers were not an issue on the four stroke models because of the side exhaust. The 120 2-stroke cleared easily, maybe because it is larger and hung down farther.
The control throws on all are set at the recommended throws and are plenty for take-off and landing. I wouldn't change them unless you balance it using the most forward balance point, then I may add a bit more elevator for the landing flare. The planes I've done were balanced at the most rear balance point, even then the tail drooped a bit, they fly great and land very slow. As far as high rate control throws, we got them set for "all you can get". Be advised that it spins so fast you can lose where you are at easily. For 3D flying you need "all you can get", just keep the speed down so you don't break it.
