Yup, me too. Try threading 00-90 holes in aluminum. I'm shaking in my boots when I envision trying to thread even

Doing 0-90 bolts and screws are easy, ya drill a hole twice as big as ya need and superglue the bugger in.......it works for me! Go ahead and hate me........

My current project has 198 brass screws on it, 1/72 and 0-80 (and a buncha rivets) ......all of them glued in. I'll post some WIP photos today.

Seriously, using small size taps has been a nightmare for me all of my life. And I have a workbench with every size "easy out" ever made to prove it.
