You can surely get all of that stuff from you LHS. To do some "what is it" research check out TowerHobbies.com. You can also download manufacturer specific catalogs - like Dubro's and maybe Great Planes. These two are very prevalent at your LHS.

Have you downloaded the SIG MK II manual yet? It's a pdf file and is the real deal. In it it shows that the tank used in the plans is the Sullivan RST tank. Read it a couple of times thru until you understand the approach and where the various bits & pieces are used.
