Hobbyking rubbish service update - BEWARE!

just an update on this ongoing debacle from HobbyKing.
bought a pwersupply from them which failed, countless emails, threats of legal action and had our consumer affairs dept involved.
Eventually after much cajoling they agreed to the failed one being sent to their AU warehouse. It then took 2 weeks and a few emails before they ackowledged that it was in fact faulty.
Instead of a refund they decided to only give a "store credit" for the item cost only, never mind the shipping cost. I refused to accept it and demanded a full refund back to my paypal account.
They have since said they will refund to my paypal account but I am unclear if it will be the full amount or just the item cost. It had better be the full costs or I am going to blow up!!
Guys note of warning when using this mob. Be prepared for a battle if you have a warranty claim and stick to your guns. do not stand for the BS they try and fob you off with.
