I scabbed a larger, thin plastic sheet onto the existing rudder, problem solved.
(I'll post a pic tonight)
Also trimmed off some of the wingtip sponsons, a very good mod.
The pictures below tell the story of the hard "landing" that broke the nacelle, then the water
in the hull shorted out the ESC and my propeller proceeded to chew up the plane while
it was floating out of reach. It's all fixed, and flew it again just this last weekend!
