Thank you Dan. . A lot of options out there. Just checked them out, pretty impressive. And I see they are working on a 1/6 version, which when I am caught up on my other 1/16 projects I want to dive into 1/6 and scratch build one. I can't comment on the rx-18 because I have not had one yet, I am thick headed and can't get past that cam style elevation, if there was a way to by-pass that I would gladly purchase your set up.

There is a way around it. You would have to run a parallel servo cable from your receiver to a servo that ran the gun elevation. I will experiment on this idea when I am building the Leopard I am working on.
It works fine. My Stug traverse is servo driven, all movement is guided by the Rx, not the board. Sound is provided by the Benedini.
I thought I read somewhere on here that when raising there was main gun fire and when lowering there was mg sounds. I can't find where I thought that I read that, and I could be mistaken and way off.
