Default RE: Inverted Harrier

Yeah... it's easy to get the rudder crossed up in your mind if you're doing combinations of inverted harrier maneuvers... like inverted harrier 3D snapping circles, with each inverted 3D snap ending inverted and then followed by a flat inverted harrier (opposing control surfaces usually) turn, followed by another inverted 3D snap to inverted, and so on. And, also doing my latest past time... of constantly switching roll direction in harrier rolls. But, I really get crossed up on the elevator more than the rudder doing these... because as you change roll direction where you were just pulling... you need to pull again... that can be tough when you're programmed to pull, push. I don't know how long it takes for new maneuvers... a few weeks I guess... maybe 3-4 weekends and SIM practice in between to get comfortable with a new maneuver for me. I'm old and don't learn fast. [8D]

For me it is not so much the getting confortable with, but the refining to perfection, that is the crux.
