Iwill add my 2 pennys worth I have a 20 year ol 38 and the best way to reinstall the flywheel is heat it in toster oven just so it is to hot to handle about 150 deg's then quickly with a hot pan glovve the place it on th shaft and torque the prop hub to about 30 ft pounds use blue loc-tight on the threads. mine has never come loose sence doing this about 15 years back
