Has anyone tried to cover an air frame after using sanding sealer on the plane?? Just a light sanding with very fine paper gives the frame such a nice smooth finish but I'm wondering if the heat from the iron will melt/soften the sealer and have it act like something like Balsarite or lacquer hair spray??
Looking for anyone that has done it, not opinions about it. I have my own opinion but would like to know the fact.
