Unfortunately both of the plastic screws that hold in the brushes were stripped in one of the motors. . Dan.
It's also a shame that they don't sell parts for their older motors. There are still so many Astro Super Ferrite 25-40's in working order and they should accomodate simple things like those plastic screws especially because they do strip so easily.
On another note to bobs point, this forum is so much faster than the Dauntless one.
