Interesting. the only person who mentioned that MAY be the case is MTK (Matt) and he was testing engines on pipe.
The 38cc is more powerful than the 33cc. Its a pretty good engine so I'mo not sure where the "underperforming" opinions are coming from. Sure there have been a few with a problem here or there but thats true for many engines. Theres concern around the new DLE35RA ignition as well yet DLE and RCEXL can't replicate the alleged RF issues....
