OK, I need help identifying the dual valve shown in the right side of the photo; it has the same basic shape and switches as the Jet Tronic Dual Valve shown on the left; however, it has an aluminum base that is thicker than the Jet Tronics base which is plastic. It has a black plastic case for the electronics vs. the silver grey case of the Jet Tronic valve.
Is this an older version of the Jet Tronics Valve?

My issue is I cannot change the programming when I switch the gear switch from one position to the other. When going to the retract out position one of the led’s will flash rapidly for a second, go on solid for a second then switch off, when I switch the retract position to in position the other LED will flash rapidly for a second, go on solid for a second then switch off.

I cannot get the valve on the right to stay on in either position, the Jet Tronic valve shown on the left programs fine.

I have tried the Jet Tronic instructions, no luck…. Any ideas
