Hi VJ, Sorry that it has taken me so long to reply to your question re the wing tip to aileron transition. It has been a couple of weeks since I last logged into your site. Unfortunately I did not take any close up pics of that area at the time, apart from the one I posted along with some others on page 6. Now that the wing is covered I am unable to respond to your request, sorry. As I recall it was simply a matter of building up with balsa and then sanding back to the required aerodynamic shape once the ailerons were hinged to the wing.
