Tim the fuse sides were sanded straight across in the jig that I madeand that does <u>not</u> accomodate for the angle of the dihedral in the wing. I haven't tried yet, but my guess is if Iduplicated the shape of the wing and wing saddle cut out accurately there won't be very much of a gap.One could adjustthe angle between the wing and fuse by carefully sanding until both surfacesare parallel to each other ( easier said than done ), but in this case a wing fillet willfill in any irregularities and make a nice tight fit. I will however check and adjust the angle ofwing incidence before and after I make the fillet. I hope I answered your question.
