This is explained on page 32 of the instruction manual. You program a device such as the GYA750 at the device, itself, but you also use parameters in the gyro and governor menus of the transmitter. You do not program the device from the transmitter.
Thanks for the reply. Unfortunately I'm not sure if I understood your message.. page 32 is referring only to SBUS servo and Sensors. How I can set GY520 to SBUS operating mode? (I don't own CIU-2) Or are you saying it's not possible even Futaba marketing material is stating very clearly that the feature and the menu is there. Please refer to the attached picture where the SBUS Gyro menu is highlighted with the following text:

"A seriaI interface — that works like Futaba’s stand-alone CIU-2 serial interface for
programming S.Bus and S.Bus2 servos, as well as Futaba gyros like the GY520."
