regarding the aileron.

-place your servo with the arm torwards the tip of the wing (so you hold more in the midle your aileron)
-place a tape from your arm crossing your hinge line at 90 degrees
-place your horn FLAT with horns hole on the hinge line and bottom on tapes edge.
-mark the tape and open slot wide as your horn.
-use hysol

...i like to make my own horns so they go deep enough to rest on the bottow of the aileron and be glued
